Careers
Write to us the way you'd write to a customer.
No open position today. But we're always listening on two kinds of profile (tech and sales), and we have no application portal and no twenty-screen questionnaire. Just an address.
Read by the three founders. No screening robot.
What we're building
A Swiss SaaS, and the ambition to become the European reference
Sandra is a conversational marketing platform: customer conversations, CRM data and AI in a single workspace, shared by marketing, sales and customer service. Our ambition is clear: to become the European reference platform for conversational marketing. A single inbox where every business talks to its customers on the channel they prefer.
Tech and sales
Nothing is open. We're still listening.
Two kinds of profile come up in every conversation we have about the team's future. If that sounds like you, write to us, even with no job ad in front of you.
Tech: full stack, infrastructure, AI
The screen our customers open in the morning, the API that feeds it, the server that stays up and the models that answer. In a team this size, those four things touch.
What you can do
- Front and back: a modern web application in TypeScript, a relational database behind it
- Plugging in third-party APIs (WhatsApp Business, CRMs) and debugging other people's
- The server side doesn't scare you: deployment, monitoring, backups, scaling
- Running language models in production: context, cost, latency, and what breaks
- We host in Switzerland: no magic button, you have to get your hands in it
What matters just as much
- You decide on your own when you can, and you ask when you can't
- Saying “I don't know” costs you nothing
- You write down what you do, so the next person understands
- You want to talk to customers, not just read their tickets
Sales: SaaS solutions
You go and find the customers, you understand their business before talking about the product, you close, and you're still there after the signature.
What you can do
- The full cycle in B2B SaaS: prospecting, demo, negotiation, signature
- Talking to marketing, e-commerce or customer service teams
- Knowing the Swiss or the French market from the inside
- Explaining a platform without reducing it to a feature list
- Keeping a CRM up to date without being asked
What matters just as much
- You listen more than you present
- You know how to turn down a deal that won't hold
- You take the no's without losing your spark
- You're comfortable without a mile-long list of references
A different profile? Write anyway. We'd rather have a good surprise than a ticked box.
Working here
Startup mode: a lot to build, and not much time to build it
Sandra was founded in Geneva in 2024. We're a small team, and the roadmap for the next two years is already longer than what we can ship. That's the best argument we have, and it's also the risk.
- A dense roadmap: self-service billing, AI agents that act inside the customer's tools, new channels, analytics
- Markets to open, one after another, with a team that fits in one room
- Between a decision and a customer using it, there are days, not quarters
- Nobody is three layers away from the user: everyone reads real conversations
- We prioritise by saying no: there are far more ideas than there are days
- We say what we don't know, in front of a customer as much as internally
“We have no position to fill today, and we'd rather write it down. But if you're the right person, we'll find the moment: that's how a team this size gets built.”
What happens next
Three steps, no mystery
You write
Who you are, what you're looking for, why Sandra. Three paragraphs are enough, a CV if you have one to hand.
We reply
One of the three founders reads and replies. Sometimes to say no, but we reply.
We talk
An open conversation, no surprise technical exercise. If it leads somewhere, we build the next step with you.
The worst that can happen: a useful conversation
No open position, no false promises, and no silence either.
