WhatsApp for dealerships and workshops

Your customers no longer fill in forms, and they don't call back when they reach an answering machine. They write. Sandra brings those conversations into one place, qualifies them, and routes them to the right salesperson or service manager.

The problem

The automotive lead gets lost between the click and the salesperson

The buying journey starts online and ends in the showroom. In between, every extra step drops a share of your prospects.

The form filters too hard

Seven fields to request a test drive. The prospect comparing three brands on a Sunday evening fills in none of them.

The call back comes too late

The lead lands in a shared mailbox on Monday morning. The prospect has already booked elsewhere.

The workshop runs on personal mobiles

The useful exchanges (a photo of a part, a quote approved) stay on one employee's phone, and leave with them.

Questions specific to the industry

Our sales reps already use WhatsApp on their phones. Are we taking that away?

No. Sandra and the WhatsApp Business app coexist on the same number: the salesperson keeps their tool and their history, and the dealership gets visibility, cover during absences and reporting. That's often the condition for the rollout to be accepted on the ground.

And when a sales rep leaves the dealership?

Conversations belong to the business, not to the phone. The history stays, open conversations are reassigned, and the customer doesn't lose the thread.

Can we send promotional offers?

Yes, with the customer's opt-in and a Meta-approved template. Consent management and one-reply opt-out are built in, and that's what makes the campaign FADP-compliant.

What does a follow-up campaign cost?

Business-initiated messages are billed at the Meta rate, with no margin, from CHF 0.017 to CHF 0.059 to a Swiss number depending on the message category, more in other markets. Rates in force since 1st October 2026. Your replies to the customer are free up to 1,000 service messages per month per number, then billed at the utility rate. See the detail.
