This is the part most platforms keep opaque. Here is how it actually works.

Questions about pricing
How do I estimate my monthly budget?
Three lines, two of which never reach our invoice: the Sandra licence, from CHF 39 to CHF 490 a month depending on the plan (around 15% less with annual billing) and on request for Enterprise; your Meta bill, which follows the number of messages you initiate (our calculator works it out in five minutes); and your AI model usage, billed by your provider. During the demo we build the full estimate from your real volumes.
Is there a minimum term?
No. Start, Essential and Growth are monthly by default: you stop at the end of the current month. If you would rather commit for a year, annual billing brings the price down to CHF 33, CHF 109 and CHF 415 per month, around 15% less. Enterprise is covered by a negotiated framework agreement.
What happens if I go over my expected volume?
Nothing blocks, and nothing unexpected appears on our side: the Sandra licence does not depend on message volume. A spike in sends shows up on your Meta bill, which you track from your own Business account, and in Sandra's analytics.
Are AI agents billed on usage?
Not by us. You connect your own API key and choose the model that suits you. Usage is billed directly by your provider, at the rate you have negotiated with them. Sandra charges for no tokens and takes no margin on them.
Do you offer a free trial?
You can create a free account to explore the interface. For the WhatsApp channel itself, the number and the Meta Business account stay yours: Meta has to verify the business and the number, and we guide you through that during the proof of concept.
