WhatsApp for transport and mobility
Travellers have their questions on the platform, not during your ticket office's opening hours. Mobi, Sandra's mobility agent, answers on WhatsApp and on your website using real-time public transport data: timetables, flights, the next leg of the journey, shared bikes and cars, in each traveller's language. Your own data can be added if needed.

Questions come on the move, answers are scattered
People ask the way standing up, in a hurry
On a platform, leaving a terminal, outside a hotel: the traveller has a phone, one free hand and a few minutes. They will not dig through a website or an FAQ for long.
Every service has its own app
Timetables, disruptions, flights, bike sharing, car sharing, car parks: the information exists, but it is spread across websites and apps the visitor has not installed.
Not everyone reads the local language
Tourists, cross-border commuters, conference delegates: signage or a hotline in a single language leaves part of the public without an answer, and your front-desk teams absorb the difference.
Before departure, on the way, on arrival
Three moments of the same journey, one conversation, no app to install.
Plan the journey
The traveller types the question as they would ask it at a front desk. Mobi queries public transport data in real time and replies with an up-to-date route.
Support them on the way
A delay, a platform change, a missed connection: the conversation stays open, and the traveller asks again whenever they need to.
Guide them on arrival
A QR code on existing signage, a link in the booking confirmation or on an event badge: the first question is asked before anyone goes looking for a desk.
Four settings where a mobility agent saves time
Transport and shared mobility operators
Timetables, fares, disruptions and vehicle availability, available in a conversation rather than in yet another app.
Destinations and tourist offices
A reliable answer on how to reach a place, alongside the visitor information you already publish.
Hotels and serviced apartments
Arrival, departure and day trips planned with the guest, on the WhatsApp number they already use for their stay.
Airports, stations and major events
Flight status, then the onward journey by public transport: guide a flow of visitors in several languages, without adding kiosks or staff.
Mobi, Sandra's mobility agent, used by Ridolo
Ridolo uses Mobi to answer travellers on web chat and on WhatsApp. Mobi queries Swiss public transport data, flights and shared bike and car offers in real time, aggregated by an MCP server, and estimates the CO₂ emissions of each journey. Ridolo did not have to build an agent or a channel.

The agent relies on real data, not on guesswork
Timetables, disruptions, flight status, shared vehicle availability: Mobi reads public transport data in real time, not a static copy.
An MCP server aggregates and manages all the data. Your own sources, such as internal timetables, offers or points of interest, are added to public transport data via MCP or API.
On existing signage, tickets, booking confirmations or badges: one scan opens the conversation, with no extra hardware.
When a question falls outside the agent's scope, the conversation passes to your teams in the Sandra inbox, with the full history.
A mobility agent is only as good as its sources
State the scope rather than promise everything
Coverage depends on the connected data. An agent that says clearly what it knows, and points elsewhere for the rest, earns more trust than one that improvises.
Separate live data from estimates
A timetable read in real time and an emissions estimate are not presented the same way. The conversation says so, and every answer remains verifiable.
Other industries
The scenarios change from one business to the next. The mechanics stay the same.
